7jata Terms and Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the 7jata platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account or using the service by minors is strictly prohibited. 21+

During the account verification process, 7jata may at any time request a valid identity document or other documents to confirm your age. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended or closed.

1.2 Personal Account

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person is a clear breach of these Terms. In such cases, 7jata reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit the balances.

• All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• If any personal details change, the profile must be updated immediately.
• Opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials completely confidential.

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

7jata primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Access from certain specific countries or regions may be restricted or entirely prohibited. Attempting to access the platform from a restricted region will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

2.1 Registration Process

When opening an account with 7jata, you must provide accurate personal information and create a strong password. The mobile number or email address provided at registration may need to be verified.

2.2 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep the following in mind for security:

• Never share your login credentials with anyone else.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, always log out at the end of the session.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Changing your password regularly is a good security practice.

2.3 Account Suspension and Closure

7jata reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or deception is found.
• Failure to provide required documents during account verification.
• Conduct that is harmful to other players or the platform.
• The account has had no activity for an extended period.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all eligible balances before the account is closed.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into 7jata: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200.

• The payment account used at the time of deposit must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits using a third-party payment account are prohibited.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly; contact support if there is a delay.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the account is fully verified.
• Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended in the case of suspicious transactions.
• It may not be possible to cancel a withdrawal request once it has been submitted.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

7jata is committed to preventing money laundering. All financial transactions are monitored. In the case of suspicious transactions, 7jata reserves the right to carry out additional verification and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. For deposits of ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = winnings from the bonus will be withdrawable after a total of ৳37,500 in wagers have been placed.

• Different contribution rates may apply to wagering calculations when betting on certain games using a bonus.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other deceptive means to gain bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games offered on 7jata are operated by world-class game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game loads.

• For issues arising from a technical fault or disconnection in any game, 7jata will make a decision based on the specific circumstances.
• Incorrect payouts resulting from a technical fault will be considered void.
• Using any software or automated method to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

5.2 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7jata:

• Abusive behaviour towards other players or staff.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Unusual betting patterns or amounts that indicate bonus abuse.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

6.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

The 7jata VIP Program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active gaming activity. Additional benefits and priority support apply to each tier.

6.2 Changes to VIP Benefits

7jata reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, or cashback rates of the VIP Program at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible.

7.1 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 7jata website — logos, graphics, text, interface design, and software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 7jata or the relevant service providers. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

7.2 User Content

If you send any content (comments, suggestions, etc.) via chat or other communication channels, 7jata reserves the right to use that content for service improvement. Sending offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content is prohibited.
